Our client is a Fashion company. Currently, they are looking for Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Create and manage 360 marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, and events.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to meet individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to explore business opportunities and collaborations.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website optimization, SEO, and SEM, to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs and ROI, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back office support and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and marketing process.
Manage budgets across all channels and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other marketing partners.
Monitor and manage the company’s brand reputation both online and offline.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (additional certifications or qualifications in sales and marketing would be advantageous).
At least 3 years of proven experience at Marketing Manager / Sales Manager / Product Manager from fashion retail industry with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
Business Level of English.
Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on the fashion lifestyle sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
