Job description
  • Our client is a Fashion company. Currently, they are looking for Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Create and manage 360 marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, and events.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to explore business opportunities and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website optimization, SEO, and SEM, to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs and ROI, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back office support and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and marketing process.
  • Manage budgets across all channels and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other marketing partners.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s brand reputation both online and offline.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (additional certifications or qualifications in sales and marketing would be advantageous).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience at Marketing Manager / Sales Manager / Product Manager from fashion retail industry with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
  • Business Level of English.
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on the fashion lifestyle sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Marketing, Sales and Product, a customer-centric approach, and a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
  • Availability to travel outside Jakarta as needed.
  • Ability to speak Japanese will be a plus.
