Marketing Manager (F&B Industry)

We are a growing F&B group in Indonesia, managing multiple brands including restaurants, catering, and gelato outlets. We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
2. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
3. Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and brand-building campaigns.
4. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and content creation.
5. Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI.
6. Develop strategies to drive foot traffic, online orders, and customer retention.
7. Work closely with operations and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
8. Stay updated on F&B industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
9. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies proactively.
10. Lead collaborations with marketing agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors.
11. Ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.

Requirements

1. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in F&B marketing.
2. Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing plans.
3. Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
4. Experience managing influencer partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication & leadership skills.
