About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing company with alcohol products spearheading the market in on-premise and off-premise channels, looking to hire a strong Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing and branding activities of the brands.

Job Description

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead both online and offline activations.
  2. Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies to changing consumer trends and industry dynamics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing/Brand Manager, background from alcohol or tobacco industry will be highly preferred.
  2. Strong experience in offline and online marketing activations.
  3. Strong knowledge of the market trend of the alcohol industry.
  4. Currently residing in Bali or open to relocate to Bali.
  5. Leadership experience: has experience managing a mid-sized team (5 - 10 people).
