Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to spearhead and manage our marketing and Direct to Consumer sales efforts. Responsibility includes strategizing, developing, maintaining, tracking and managing our online and offline marketing efforts to optimize impact and results. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand presence as well as driving traffic and leads/customers acquisition to direct sales conversion.

Responsibility

  1. Effectively managing marketing efforts, team and budgets
  2. Constantly finding new ways to maximize brand presence and grow our revenue
  3. Identifying and recognizing target audiences and managing targeted effort
  4. Responsible to spearhead, plan and concert digital and offline marketing efforts, optimizing SEO, Facebook ads, social media and digital marketing strategy to reach the right audience and increase conversion to meet target
  5. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  6. Provide accurate and timely reports on the return of investments of the digital marketing efforts, investments and campaigns to demonstrate efficacy and performance
  7. Managing and optimizing the ads features & marketing through marketplace and sales channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, WhatsApp, etc)
  8. Required to keep up and have a deep understanding of our product knowledge as a whole to strategize accordingly.
  9. Managing, leading, motivating and driving the marketing team to reach goals and targets.
  10. Managing marketing schedules and making sure execution is done in a timely and concerted manner
  11. Providing reports and working directly with management
  12. Strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales activities

Requirement

  1. BS/MS degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  2. Demonstrable experience and ability in handling Facebook ads, SEO/SEM, website, email, social media.
  3. Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
  4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, and others)
  5. Highly experienced in spearheading digital marketing efforts to reach targets and goals
  6. Strong analytical skills, creativity, problem solving skills and data-driven thinking
  7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement
  8. Well versed in providing marketing result reports
  9. Reliable and strong leadership/management skills
