Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food, beverages, and consumer trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and vendors.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new marketing technologies and techniques to keep the brand competitive.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
