As the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive our marketing strategy, lead a high-performing team, and help grow the brand’s presence in the competitive Bali real estate market. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives.
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a world-class marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Brand Identity: Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Digital Mastery: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, with a focus on ROI.
• Content Excellence: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Public Relations & Events: Manage the company’s PR strategy and coordinate marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Budget & Performance: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and reporting performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within real estate or a similar industry.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
