Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at PT. Indotex Lasalle International College, you will play a pivotal role in driving the college's marketing strategy and initiatives. Based in Central Jakarta, this full-time position will see you responsible for overseeing all marketing activities to promote the college's programs and enhance brand visibility.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
2. Manage the college's digital marketing presence, including website, social media channels, and online advertising.
3. Collaborate with the admissions team to generate and nurture leads.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
5. Analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Manage and coordinate the work of the marketing team.
7. Represent the college at industry events and networking opportunities.

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (3+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in the education or services sector.
2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
4. Strong project management and team leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
