Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our digital gaming company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the gaming industry, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  2. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  3. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, content creation, and PR.
  4. Analyze market trends, user data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  6. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the gaming and marketing industries.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the gaming industry.
  3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  5. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.
  6. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  7. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the brand's message and engage with stakeholders.
  8. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  9. Certifications: Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
