Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to meet key performance indicators: brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education.
Lead a talented team including Public Relations, Content Writer, Event Officer, Social Media Officer, and Multimedia Designer.
Oversee and optimize marketing channels including paid ads, webinars and events, social media, SEO-optimized blog and articles, email, and content marketing.
Analyze and report on key metrics: ads cost per click, volume of new leads, social media engagement rate, email open rate, and email click rate.
Design and execute advertising campaigns across both digital platforms (such as Google Ads, social media) and conventional media channels.
Negotiate and optimize ad placements, ensuring cost-effectiveness across all channels.
Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance, both online and offline.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Min. 2 years experience in a related field.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B2S environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
Proven track record in meeting KPIs related to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education.
Proven experience in managing both digital and conventional advertising campaigns.
Strong skills in negotiation and cost optimization for media buying.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret digital marketing metrics.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
