Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Perqara's business goals. Drive awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion growth for our innovative legal tech solutions.
  2. Build Perqara’s brand as a thought leader in the legal tech space by developing engaging content, thought leadership articles, and partnerships with industry influencers and legal entities.
  3. Lead the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email marketing, SEM, etc.) to reach target audiences effectively.
  4. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketers, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the marketing team and with other departments, such as Sales and Product.
  5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine marketing strategies and ensure Perqara's offerings are differentiated and aligned with market demands.
  6. Set KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide regular reports to management. Use analytics tools to track campaign success and optimize future strategies.
  7. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in tech is highly preferred.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  3. Skills:
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  5. Experienced in handling CRM tools & strategies
  6. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  7. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  8. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  9. Proven success in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
