Have minimum 6 years of working experience in similar work field
Experience in Market Research Consultant would be an advantage
Have basic design skills
Able to use Tableau, SQL, R, Python, or other data analytics software would be an advantage
Have good data analysis and interpretation skills
Advanced research skills
Job Responsibilities:
Establish communication channels with BINUS Business Units related to competitor, market, and new business in Marketing Intelligence (Higher Education)
Plan and review the project proposals of CPI and MCP for Higher Education
Act as a moderator for qualitative research and as a consultant for quantitative research
Advise the Marketing Intelligence Manager based on business assessments regarding competitor activities
Manage and monitor competitor activities, market activities, and opportunities for new business
Ensure the quality/accuracy of all reports from subordinates
Build strong and effective cooperation that supports the overall objectives of the department
Ensure excellent operational processes and services for all stakeholders
