Job Objective

This role would be responsible for end-to-end marketing for the Motorola brand across phone and non-phone business in Indonesia.

About the organization:

Motorola Mobility Indonesia is responsible for all mobile device business (smartphone, tablet and mobile accessories etc.) in Indonesia market. The team is closely working with Asia Pacific HQ based in India.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. End to End Marketing Campaign Planning for Indonesia’s product and brand campaigns
  2. Marketing communication planning, development and localization.
  3. Drive paid media through - Media planning, execution and optimization for all product lines on all relevant channels
  4. Develop and execute corporate communication and product PR to drive earned media consistently.
  5. Lead influencer campaigns to build consideration and purchase intent for the brand and products
  6. Lead end to end retail marketing
  7. Plan and execute events for new launches and/or tentpole moments for the brand.
  8. Lead marketing discussions and plans with eCommerce partners, MNOs and Retail partners to maximise co-marketing initiatives and drive higher SOV through partner channels and investments
  9. Think innovatively to drive higher share of voice (SOV) with lesser share of expense (SOE)
  10. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  11. CRM and own media management (website, social platforms etc.)
  12. Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  13. Management and coordination with all relevant internal (Finance, SCM, eCom, Product – Indonesia, AP and global) and external stakeholders (Media agency, creative agency, PR agency, ecommerce partner)
  14. Drive and deliver on brand and marketing metrics (search, awareness, consideration, Preference) that enable and result in driving the business metrics for the region (Profitable and rapid revenue growth)
  15. Drive, Track, Monitor and report consumer insights through consumer research, consumer reviews/comments (Social and eCommerce) and Sentiment (Social)
  16. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure brand deliverables

Skills Required

  1. 10+ years of marketing experience in a smartphone or consumer electronic, consumer goods Industry (Full time MBA degree is preferred)
  2. Very strong experience of marketing communication development and media planning/buying across digital and Traditional media.
  3. Strong experience of working with retail, eCommerce & MNO partners
  4. Experience of product marketing, consumer research and PR a strong advantage
  5. Experience of managing CRM and own media is an advantage
  6. Experience working with a team and delivering results in a fast-paced setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

• Native Indonesian skill with English Fluency
