They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and web development projects. This position requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, web design, and digital marketing trends to effectively support the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:
   1. Create compelling and on-brand visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and online ads.
   2. Design and develop assets for the company’s website, ensuring an optimal user experience and brand consistency.
   3. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of visual content into the website.
   4. Assist in the design and layout of landing pages, blogs, and other web-related projects.
   5. Develop and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
2. Collaboration and Strategy:
   1. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy and marketing goals.
   2. Collaborate with content creators and social media managers to design visuals that complement written content and enhance overall engagement.
   3. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for visual content and marketing strategies.
3. Brand Consistency:
   1. Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company’s brand identity, adhering to established guidelines and style guides.
   2. Regularly update and refresh design templates to maintain a modern and cohesive look across all marketing channels.
4. Quality Control:
   1. Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before publication or distribution.
   2. Optimize images and graphics for web performance, ensuring fast load times and high visual quality.
5. Stay Current:
   1. Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
   2. Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance design skills and stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
4. Strong understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI.
5. Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is an advantage.
7. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Conversant in basic English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
11. A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design work in digital marketing, web design, and branding.
