About the role

As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team and developing innovative campaigns to promote the company's products and services, ultimately contributing to its growth and success.

Responsibility:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  2. Develop brand and marketing strategies (both online and offline) that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
  3. Oversee the creation and execution of various marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's overall business objectives.
  5. Develop short-term and long-term plans and budgets for overall marketing programs to be in line with the company's objectives.
  6. Introduce branding strategies and be involved in ATL and BTL initiatives.
  7. Manage and lead a talented marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them reach their full potential.
  8. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting on key performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 10 years of working management experience in marketing, with MNC and FMCG experience preferred.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  3. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  4. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Highly creative and innovative, with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing concepts.
  7. Proficient in using marketing technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
