Job description

We are looking for dynamic and creative bilingual marketing and branding professionals to join our growing Indonesian marketing team. This role involves strategizing and executing diverse marketing campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand presence in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly creative, and possesses a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution

  • Hands-on implementation and management of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Ownership of campaign execution, including content creation, social media posts, and email campaigns.

2. Cross-Channel Marketing Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube) and explore new offline marketing channels.

3. Offline Marketing & New Channel Exploration

  • Oversee and drive offline marketing efforts such as events and print campaigns.
  • Identify new offline channels for customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

4. Public Speaking & Event Hosting

  • Present marketing strategies in English and Bahasa at internal and external meetings.
  • Represent the brand at press events, business development activities, and industry events.
  • Host webinars and events to engage audiences and showcase services.

5. Cross-Functional Support

  • Support sales and partnership teams with marketing strategies and materials.
  • Work with the design team to create digital and print assets.

6. Digital Growth & Content Management

  • Manage and grow the companys presence across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to optimize content and marketing objectives.

7. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships with schools and corporate entities.
  • Work with Business Development teams to support initiatives that drive revenue.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance for continuous improvement.

8. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor leads, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports and insights for campaign improvement.

9. SEO & Website Management

  • Lead SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
  • Oversee website content updates in alignment with marketing goals.

10. Adaptability & Flexibility

  • Adjust working hours for urgent marketing activities or cross-regional collaborations.
  • Innovate and adapt to changing business priorities in both digital and offline marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or partnerships.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa (spoken and written).
  • Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, event planning, and SEO.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Leadership and team management experience (for senior roles).
