Promotional & Event Coordination Plan and deliver all media promotions related to brand campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with third parties (e.g., malls, partners). Coordinate and oversee in-store promotional events, ensuring seamless execution. Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials for OOH (Out-Of-Home advertising), promotions, and special projects. Produce compelling marketing copy for promotional tools to enhance brand visibility.
Marketing Administration & Content Coordination Manage marketing timelines and content coordination to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Research media coverage and industry trends to optimize marketing strategies. Prepare reports and updates for the Assistant Manager/Manager regarding landlord support and marketing activities.
Budget & Expense Management Track and manage expenses to ensure marketing activities align with budget constraints.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and networking skills to collaborate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
