Marketing Communication and Guest Quality Assurance Manager

Gender: Open to male or female candidates.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, guest/customer service, or quality assurance, with a proven track record of managing guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., GSI, NPS, or similar).

Skills:

  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a guest-oriented focus.
  2. Expertise in managing marketing projects and guest satisfaction initiatives concurrently.
  3. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) and guest feedback platforms.
  4. Strong analytical abilities to interpret GSI data and translate it into effective strategies.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards that support guest satisfaction.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or guest management systems is a plus.
