Marketing/ Business Development Staff - Depok

Responsibilities:

• Engage our merchants and listen to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communication.
• Cold call merchants using our database to introduce and familiarize them with our products and features.
• Acquire merchants to join our campaign.
• Ensure the partners are growing with you and the company.
• Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
• Ensure partners maintain service and food quality consistency.
• Liaise with operations, customer service, and partners to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience).
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Proficiency in English is not mandatory, but is a plus.
• Passion for the on-demand delivery space, particularly food delivery.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
