Marketing Broker (Insurance)

About the role

As a Marketing Broker (Insurance) at PT China Taiping Insurance Indonesia, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of insurance products to both individual and corporate clients. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be a key member of the team, contributing to the company's growth and success in the dynamic insurance and superannuation industry.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Presenting insurance products and services in a professional and compelling manner
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients to help them select the most suitable insurance solutions
• Negotiating terms and closing sales contracts
• Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any post-sales inquiries or concerns
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an insurance broker or sales professional in the brokerage industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of insurance products, regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Passion for the insurance industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in insurance, finance or a related field
