Learn about aviation, seaplanes, hospitality and lifestyle, and building a startup from the early stages into a commercial business operation
Create a marketing and social media plan under supervision of our CMO
Coordinate social media posts and scheduling, and lead the social media and marketing strategies
Run ads on social media and ad networks, track performance and create reports and strategies
Identify, and collaborate with, influencers
Create engaging marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, partners and other materials
Help with physical marketing, such as magazines, for events, and other materials including merchandise
Provide assistance on administrative tasks, such as organisation of meetings, note taking, accepting and forwarding calls, office visits, site visits, and other logistical components
Work with staff on any other areas of the business, based on company’s need and personal skills and interest when capacity allows
Work across our other companies and brands, including Siam Aero Services, Siam Scenic, Jetboard Thailand and Samra Seaplane Cambodia, where relevant
What you need to have
Studied a marketing or design related Bachelor or Master program
Experience in marketing, preferably digital marketing
Required tool expertise: Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp
Knowing the following tools helps: Canva, Hubspot, Webflow, web coding, Adobe CC (if you have your own)
Experience with all social media, including TikTok
Being excited about hospitality, aviation, lifestyle & providing only the best services to guests
Showing initiative and being proactive, detail-oriented, and ideally be good with numbers
Good communication skills in English and fluency in Indonesian
Polite, professional and positive attitude
Own a laptop
