Marketing Assistant

PT Agata Promar is an agent, importer, distributor, and marketer of children's toys and collectibles from various brand names. We distribute to toy shops, department stores, hobby shops, convenience stores, and traditional toy wholesalers. We carry brand names such as Kimmon, Maisto, Takara Tomy, Tomica, Greenlight, Auldey, Hexbug, etc. Our goal is simple: to be good and professional marketers. We build brand name recognition and use the distribution channel to reach customers.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

You must be able to:

• Handle branded toy products
• Analyze products, create and execute the marketing plan
• Create and supervise activations
• Create product branding and positioning
• Create/achieve sales target, then monitor & analyze sales results
• Communicate well, spoken and written
• Create reports in English

Requirements:

• Maximum 28 years old, fresh graduates welcomed
• S1 degree (Marketing is preferred), GPA minimal 3.0
• Marketing (brand promotion) major preferred
• Creative & imaginative
• Fast & independent learner
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
• (Optional) Familiarity with social media and graphic design
