Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM).
- Set budgets and targets such as KPIs and CaCs.
- Decide on timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing activities with appropriate metrics that align with the company's goals.
- Conduct timely market research, and regularly monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Ensure adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes.
- Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with high fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in leading multiple marketing projects, managing teams and budgets, and conducting market research.
- Prior exposure to the tax industry will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in SEO, Social Media, and other online marketing tools, and monitoring tools such as CRM and BI Tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with adeptness in reading customer behaviors and market trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
