Your main duties in flying with us

• Support hotel partners through phone, video conference, and email with all administrative work including extranet training, new registration, contract loading, content loading, hotel activation, and hotel record management.
• Acquire new hotel partners, manage hotel accounts as assigned by Area Manager / Senior Market Manager, manage relationships with hotel partners, and review and improve commercial conditions obtained from hotel partners, including getting promo rates and increasing margins.
• Monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability at all times.
• Support related departments with customer bookings.
• Accountable for fulfilling SLA, achieving personal KPI targets, and contributing to the overall hotel department's targets and KPIs.
• Educate hotel partners on managing bookings.
• Monitor, review, and improve hotel content to reflect accurate hotel information and facility details to enhance overall hotel bookings.
• Support and participate in company campaigns and tactical promotion projects.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

• Minimum 1-year experience in the Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or D3.
• Possess good knowledge of the Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Understand extranets and channel managers.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of English (writing and speaking).
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
