Responsibilities:

Responsible for Manufacturing Board Policy and Activity Plan that supports Business Targets.
Assist on Human Resource Productivity and Effectiveness in the Manufacturing Division.
Production target planning and achievement.
Maintenance of production machines and utilities.
Subordinate development in the Manufacturing Board Division.
PDCA system to support the achievement of Company targets.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in team management, leadership.
Having good leadership & growth mindset.
Intuitive, proactive, and quick to follow the latest technological developments.
