Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality control process in the Supply Chain for ODM manufacturing.
- Conduct NPI & MP production quality control to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform quality inspections and testing according to established procedures and operation instructions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production process abnormalities and control chart deviations to maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with production stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in problem-solving and project management for the Batam site, reporting to the headquarters.
- Ensure adherence to sampling test standards and implement effective quality control measures in production.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in PC manufacturing (AIO, notebook models).
- Familiar with quality characteristics, product testing procedures, and testing methods for electronic products.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control requirements at each stage.
- Ability to analyze production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Proficiency in computer hardware structure and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic English reading and writing skills; must be able to recognize and understand computer and quality-related English terms.
- Basic Chinese communication skills to facilitate coordination with stakeholders in China.
