Role reports to: Regional Manufacturing IT Leader

What you will do

Kenvue Manufacturing Technology and Data Site Leader will be the primary Technology partner for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio, technology initiatives and shape investment strategy, aligned to Business Segment and global KTD strategy for Indonesia manufacturing site. The Technology and Data Site Leader is responsible for the local deployment and management of global IT solutions within the site. This role serves as a key liaison between the global IT team and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global strategies while adopting and standardizing solutions to meet local needs. This role will be uniquely positioned to work multi-functionally with local business partners and technology teams from Technology Services and Cyber, and third-party vendors to establish a cohesive strategy and lead teams through a digital transformation of business processes and technical capabilities. Your expertise in Good Practice (GxP) regulations will ensure that our IT operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.

The individual needs to be self-directed and demonstrate good ability to lead through change and ambiguity with entrepreneurial thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the IT operations, providing strategic direction and oversight on IT investments and technology roadmap for the manufacturing site that supports global KTD’s objectives and market needs.
  2. Collaborate with global IT teams to understand and adopt new technologies and solutions that align with local manufacturing goals to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  3. Identify opportunities for innovation and advocate for the adoption of new technologies that enhance global IT capabilities and bolster standard global technology catalogue.
  4. E2E Operational Plant Technology Ownership
  5. Oversee deployment of global manufacturing IT systems and their underlying technology infrastructure, ensuring they are optimized for local conditions and regulatory requirements whilst maintaining strong adherence to global IT policies, standards, and best practices.
  6. Lead as Technical Product Owner and oversee technical requirements, architecture, and integration of local technology components that are part of standard global solutions.
  7. Ensure data integrity, compliance and security across all IT systems within the manufacturing environment.
  8. Manage system patches, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to optimize performance whilst ensuring operational reliability.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  10. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify IT needs and partner with global IT teams to drive adoption of global solutions.
  11. Act as a liaison between IT and manufacturing operations to ensure seamless communication and project execution on global initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with Technology Services and Quality Assurance teams to facilitate inspections and audits.
  13. Support change management initiatives related to IT implementations and upgrades.
  14. Budgeting & Resource Management
  15. Drive opportunities for cost optimization for the Plant. Partner with Finance to streamline all financial tracking and management processes.
  16. Develop and manage the IT budget for the manufacturing site, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  17. Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and technology investments.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on GxP compliance.
  3. In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
  4. Experience with manufacturing IT systems (e.g., MES, ERP) with strong awareness in data analytics, Cyber security and privacy.
  5. Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required.
  6. Understanding of business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs, and risks is required.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams through complex discussions to technical solutions.
  9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Experience with digital transformation and data analytics initiatives in manufacturing.
  2. Familiarity with Infrastructure, Network, Edge computing and Cybersecurity best practices in a regulated environment is preferred.
  3. Experience with EDGE and Kepware device integration and maintenance is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with industrial automation technologies, such as PLCs and SCADA systems is a plus.
  5. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
