Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Manufacturing Excellence Specialist. You will be responsible for providing professional support related to manufacturing standards, effective utilization of manufacturing assets, ensuring the effective implementation of GLOBE best practices, and accountability to support, monitor, and follow up implementation as per target, in collaboration with other stakeholders and teams in the factories.

A day in the life of…

• Ensure that production standards are input to the system and updated.
• Effectively use manufacturing systems and key improvement tools, ensuring these are well understood and widely applied.
• Ensure that systems are running smoothly, acting as a contact person for SAP troubleshooting.
• Ensure all Factory KPI data meets deadlines and is updated.
• Provide high accuracy data and reports for various stakeholders.
• Analyze reporting and recording data in relation to the system to simplify the job.
• Conduct operations improvement projects in factories.
• Identify and support the development of appropriate technical skills and behaviors in factories to enable a culture of continuous improvement.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Expertise in:
  • IP tools and improvement methodology.
  • Understanding manufacturing and filling-packing operations and best practices.
  • Problem-solving methodology.
• Willing to be placed in Lampung.
