Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production analysis, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, or other business intelligence software
Solid understanding of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) calculations and production cost components
Knowledge of raw material consumption analysis and cost optimization strategies
Experience working with data management systems and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Job Description:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of production performance, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
Calculate the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) by analyzing direct and indirect production costs, such as raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
Analyze raw material usage and consumption patterns to identify potential inefficiencies, wastage, or opportunities for cost optimization.
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date production data and related information. Utilize data management tools and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, quality control, and product development, to identify opportunities for process optimization. Implement changes or initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
