Manufacture Continuous Improvement Specialist (Production Analyst)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in manufacture continuous improvement
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Familiar with Power BI at an intermediate level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in teams and lead projects
• Able to analyze data and create dashboard presentations with Power BI
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of efficiency
• Experience using innovation tools and techniques, such as Design Thinking, Lean, and other methodologies
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Korean is preferred
• Willing to work in Karawang

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate training and development for teams related to innovation
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of innovation initiatives and prepare progress reports
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and support for innovation initiatives
