Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in translation and interpretation; experience in a fintech company is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle escalated customer issues and complex translation tasks.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to translate and interpret messages in a culturally appropriate manner.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with translation software, customer service platforms (is a plus), and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
