Mandarin Speaker Study Tour Staff

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Study Tour Staff, responsible for facilitating enriching experiences and ensuring smooth operation of our educational travel programs.

Job Description:

1. Prepare and execute the content and activities for educational travel (including showcasing products and services of local businesses, introducing the overview of the host country, presenting the local business environment, sharing relevant topics on enterprise management, organizing seminars, and conducting analysis and exchanges with visiting companies).
2. Mobilize global enrollment channels to conduct enrollment work for domestic study tour routes.
3. Assist other country routes in recruiting domestic students.
4. Carry out conversion work according to the conversion plan.
5. According to the plan and requirements, develop enterprise service providers.
6. Develop resources suppliers for educational travel security (food, accommodation, hospitals, police, customs, insurance, etc.).

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin speaking and listening skills is a MUST (min. equivalent to HSK 5); proficiency in English is a plus in both written and spoken communication in the languages relevant to the study tour destinations.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Tourism Management, Education, or Business Administration.
3. Previous experience in educational travel, tourism, or related fields preferred.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
5. Knowledge of destination-specific cultural, historical, and logistical aspects.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and environments.
7. Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods.
9. Commitment to promoting safety, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity throughout the study tour experience.
