Mandarin Speaker - HR Specialist

We are looking for a competent and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for various HR tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employee management, training and development, and HR administration.

Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably with a background in recruitment and training management.
• Experience in handling employee administration and labor law compliance.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in HR contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
• Handle employee administration, including filing documents, employment contracts, and attendance management.
• Design and implement employee training and development programs.
• Provide administrative support on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in handling industrial relations and fostering a positive company culture.
