Mandarin Interpreter and Check-In

• Provide on-site Mandarin interpretation services at the airport to assist in communication between passengers and airport staff.
• Participate in guiding services and provide language support to passengers in need.
• Translate written documents to ensure accurate communication between Mandarin and English.
• Inspect and verify documentation of passenger compliance with all Air Airlines procedures and policies.
• Familiarize yourself with airport environments and related services to provide necessary language support to passengers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of accurately translating spoken and written communication.
• Female / Male
• High school graduate and/or Bachelor Degree from Mandarin Lecture, hospitality.
• Previous experience in interpreter or translation is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Adherence to confidentiality agreements and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
• Willing to work shift hours.
• Willing to work at International Airport Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten.
