Requirements:

  1. Minimum S1 in Engineering major
  2. GPA minimum 3

Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 10 years experience in Sales Management
  2. Accountable for closing resource gap across field sales operation as needed.
  3. Accountable and responsible for monitoring Area A/R Collection.
  4. Accountable for defining key account type and customer coverage allocation criteria.
  5. Accountable for establishing targets for incentive compensation payouts in relation to overall sales targets and integrate incentive compensation with total rewards (base cash and non-cash awards).
  6. Accountable for assessing and maintaining product or service offerings as key input to incentive-based compensation that will drive overall annual sales.
  7. Accountable for defining sales targets, quota, management objectives and incentive plan models.
  8. Accountable for reviewing channel coverage and capacity management including creating coverage allocation plan and allocate resources accordingly to all accounts and territories.
  9. Accountable for defining territory realignment criteria and rebalance territories as needed as well as reviewing the re-balanced territories with managers and convey the rebalanced territories to sales operation.
  10. Accountable for defining territory strategy and resource strategy, territory guidelines and customer allocation criteria to achieve organizational targets.
  11. Accountable for assisting Warehouse and Distribution to monitor clear good return policy to manage customer’s expectation.
  12. Accountable for assisting Demand and Supply Planner to manage engagement and collaboration with customers in order to develop demand forecast accuracy.
  13. Accountable for assisting Demand and Supply Planning to evaluate demand forecast strategy and identify any available demand or sales information (from historical data), as well as generate and validate the forecast.
  14. Accountable for determining overall pricing approach for products and services as well as assisting Marketing to execute and deliver innovation.
  15. Accountable for assisting Marketing in managing the overall products and services portfolio, managing products and services launch, as well as managing products and services termination.
  16. Accountable and responsible for monitoring sales operation, measuring and tracking sales performance, as well as managing sales administration.
  17. Accountable and responsible for managing sales planning by identifying target customers, developing account plans and converting opportunities to sales, developing integrated product/service demand planning (with products and services management).
  18. Accountable and responsible for conducting territory management by determining the coverage area and allocating sales resources in each territory, monitoring territory sales operations, managing sales pipeline, maintaining and following up sales pipeline.
  19. Accountable and responsible for managing sales strategy by providing the best approach to achieve sales goals. Includes managing sales targets, budgets, channels, offerings, processes and supporting incentive scheme.
  20. Accountable for reviewing and finalizing the forecast with Supply Chain.
  21. Accountable for reviewing territory performance, defining action plan and monitoring the action plan.
