Responsible for managing sales operations, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the customer base within their designated regions.

Responsibilities

SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  2. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  3. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
  2. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
  3. Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  2. Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
  3. Negotiate and close deals with key accounts

SALES OPERATIONS

  1. Monitor sales activities and track progress against sales targets
  2. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

MARKET AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

  1. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  2. Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  1. Manage the regional sales budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resources
  2. Ensure effective use of sales tools and resources to maximize productivity

COLLABORATION

  1. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams
  2. Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive overall success

Qualifications

  1. Min 5 years in Sales Manager in FMCG, beverage is preferable
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  3. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  4. Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in [industry-specific] sectors
  5. Successfully led teams in multiple territories with diverse market dynamics
  6. Experience in working with distributors, channel partners, and direct sales teams
  7. Expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and customer retention
  8. Fluently speak in English
  9. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
