Manager Operations

Overall management for DC operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way.

Responsible for accountable operations team’s budget & P&L.

Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients.

Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs are met.

Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations.

Continuous improvement in operations processes.

Achieve KPI of operations.

Achieve the operations team’s budget & P&L.

Familiar with the Export, Import & PLB Warehouse.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Logistics Operations.

Strong leadership abilities to motivate and lead a team.

Solid experience from a similar operational role within warehousing or Contract Logistics.

Commercially minded and capable of interacting with customers.

Result-oriented and possess the ability to lead by example.

Sound knowledge of the occupational health and safety disciplines.

Well-accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
