Manager Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of company’s policies and procedures in operational activity to meet customer expectations.
• Organize specific operational structure and ensure a consistent high standard of excellent performance from Operations employees, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.
• Approve the proposed Daily Labor and Overtime for Worker.
• Review, analysis, and improve KPI Achievement, Accrual and other performance and then report to General Operational Manager.
• Together with Supervisor Warehouse working on calculation of Warehouse Occupancy, Productivity, People, and Warehouse Tool / Equipment.
• Do the employee performance review and report to HR Dept. and General Operation Manager.
• Actively seeking for operation improvement and propose to General Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with other Department regarding Internal / External Audit, HSE Audit, Employee, Transport etc.
• Work together with Supervisor to review and approve change in SOP and WI.
• Maintain and improve close working relationship with customers.
• Develop the skills of team members in accordance with the specified matrix skills.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Have bachelor’s degree in all major. Preferable from Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Technology/Management background.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, candidate who have experience in 3PL Logistic & E-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Gojek) is preferred.
• Good knowledge in SAP and WMS.
• Skilled in computer literation and Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• English; read, write & speak fluently, English; business correspondence is preferred.
• Have a good knowledge about Improvement Tools.
• Understand the basic P&L report.
• Willing to be placed at Bekasi.
