Manager Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
2. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
3. Digital Marketing:
   1. Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, etc.).
   2. Manage digital content to boost engagement and conversion rates.
4. Pitch Deck Creation and Presentation:
   1. Create professional pitch decks for presentations to investors, clients, or business partners.
   2. Ensure the pitch deck effectively communicates the company’s vision and goals.
5. Team Management:
   1. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve company objectives.
   2. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
   1. Track marketing KPIs and provide analytical reports regularly.
   2. Offer strategic recommendations based on data insights and evaluations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, and other digital marketing tools.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Proficient in creating professional pitch decks using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote, and delivering persuasive presentations.
6. Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
