Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Live Streaming & Digital Marketing specialists.
  2. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  3. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.

Budget Oversight:

  1. Manage the Live Streaming & Digital Marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  2. Track ROI on campaigns and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Campaign Oversight:

  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel Live Streaming & Digital Marketing campaigns.

Brand Management:

  1. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence across all digital platforms.
  2. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Performance Analysis:

  1. Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  2. Provide regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  3. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Technology and Innovation:

  1. Evaluate and implement new Live Streaming & Digital Marketing tools and technologies.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends, such as AI, machine learning, and automation, to drive innovation.

Customer Experience:

  1. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

Partnerships and Client Management:
