In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience.

IT Infra & Core Services:
This is the backbone of the operations, where you will be challenged to play with the latest technology platform on IT infrastructure and its security.

4. Virtualization Technology
5. SAN Infrastructure
6. Next Generation Firewall and Cyber security
7. Smart Printing System

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher degrees in Computer Science or other disciplines with sufficient technical experience and expertise.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant area of expertise.
• Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00.
• General familiarity with various system architecture and network technologies.
• Familiar with installing and troubleshooting network equipment and appliances.
• Familiar with the utilization of the network performance monitoring system.
• Familiar with Internet and Intranet networking systems and protocols.
• Familiar with user account management and enterprise deployment is a definite advantage.
• Working experience in installing and configuring remote access systems is an added advantage.
• Working experience in designing and implementing network security systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer-oriented attitude.

Specific Qualifications:

• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Expertise in designing endpoint, server, and hybrid solutions, including compute, network, storage, monitoring, and security.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Capability to design and provide routine reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with KPIs, and monitor for non-compliance with operational standards.
• Capability to detect process inefficiencies and provide improvement suggestions and collaborate on solutions to reduce workloads.
• Capability to design strategies for data safeguarding, classification, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to evaluate and implement security controls for data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Knowledge of advanced networking, account management, identity management, virtualization, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of IT services, processes, technical terms, and methods to refine IT service management.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure designs.
• Agility to stay updated on changing technology trends.
