Oversee and manage all administrative and academic operations related to faculty and student services.
Plan, monitor, and ensure the effective implementation of teaching-learning operations, including academic calendar management, class distribution, transactions, attendance tracking, and teaching assignments.
Coordinate the dissemination of information regarding learning processes, such as faculty meetings, announcements, and academic policies.
Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of student examinations, including exam scheduling, invigilator arrangements, and compliance with institutional policies.
Oversee the implementation and reporting of student grading and academic performance evaluations.
Lead and mentor the academic operations staff to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve academic operations and address challenges.
Analyze operational workflows and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in academic operations, student services, or a related role.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, preferably proficient in English.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and systems.
Proficiency in using office software and academic management tools.
