Job Description

As a Hotel General Manager, you will lead the onboard Hotel department to deliver a guest experience that maximizes the use of Princess Medallion Class technology to achieve Net Promoter, guest service, profitability, product quality and HESS compliance targets in line with the Company’s core values and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide functional leadership to all hotel and hotel-related departments.
2. Ensure that the overall guest experience and service standards are met or exceeded by regularly meeting with senior hotel management to oversee voyage food, beverage, hotel, and entertainment plans and participating in weekly Hotel Operations inspections.
3. Consistently review guest feedback to identify trends and issues; take prompt action to ensure that the team surprises and delights guests and meets Net Promoter targets.
