Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee (MT) is a PT. Richeese Culinary Indonesia accelerates Careers for those interested in the culinary field in managerial positions, especially in the field of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). This program will run for three months of training (class and field). You will get Softskill and hardskill training materials. You also have the opportunity to express your ideas and innovations in the company so that they can grow together.

Qualification

• Prefer education Bachelor's Degree Hospitality, Industria Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, International Relations, Food Technology
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fluent English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has an interest in the culinary world, especially in the QSR Field, interested in all operational, marketing & target oriented processes
• Have good interpersonal skills, strong leadership & managerial skills.
• Happy with challenging, willing & fast in learning new things, active, innovative, ambitious, energetic, thorough
