Management Trainee Program

A 2-3-month development program dedicated for fresh graduates to be our next coordinator through several times of On The Job Training and In Class Training. This program is designed for 3 functions: Sales, Marketing, and Account Executive.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majoring in Communications, Economy, Business, or Management).
• Max. 35 years old.
• Fresh graduates or max. 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in organization is more preferred (min. as leader).
• Willing to be located in South Jakarta is a MUST.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

• Formulate innovative marketing plans and sales targets to enhance awareness, attract new customers, and promote customer loyalty.
• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for the products.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
