Management Trainee (Accounting)

Job Requirements:

• Maximum 1 year working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical skills with good judgment and a sense of urgency
• Good leadership abilities and the ability to work in a team
• Able to think creatively and analyze every activity/project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fast response, and self-discipline
• Willing to participate in the education period (ikatan dinas) for 2 years
• Willing to be placed in all areas of company operations across Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide improvement/corrective actions and solution ideas
• Handle and complete projects/tasks given, make reports and evaluations of projects
• Actively participate in meetings, workshops, classes, and assignments
