Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Conduct daily meetings to give reports to the leader and receive job instructions based on schedule or priority tasks.
• Document the results of preventive maintenance.
• Document the report before shift change.
• Inform the spare parts officer to request parts or tools for the machinery/equipment.
• Implement 6S in the maintenance area (workshop and spare parts room).
• Assist other members in carrying out preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic from a technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (experience in an injection molding company is a priority).
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.
