Carry out Maintenance in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline (LGAME).
Execute Maintenance activities per instruction by the Maintenance Supervisor, which may include keeping records, monitoring maintenance costs, and production performance.
Carry out maintenance in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations, including the PTW system.
Work with Blending, Filling Operators, Bulk Receipt and Tank Farm Operators, and Bulk Filling Operators to ensure asset availability is maximized.
Support commissioning and start-up of new manufacturing plant.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team for servicing of GMP equipment with minimum downtime affecting the production schedule.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor in developing and writing working instructions and SOPs.
KEY CHALLENGES:
Execute maintenance activities according to the schedule and in a timely manner.
Execute day-to-day preventive maintenance checks and reporting based on the actual condition of plant production equipment. Quick response on rectification works (CM).
Must have basic knowledge in plant Utility equipment, Building, Process Automation, Field Instrument, LV & MV Distribution System, and good shop floor communications.
Consistently execute current Preventive Maintenance works.
New Plant Start-Up with new technology introduction and new skill set.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Diploma 3 degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in maintenance and engineering of manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with both mechanical and E/I aspects (preferable).
Familiarity with relevant standards, specifications, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with plant equipment and facilities.
Familiarity with maintenance systems, calibration, and spare part stock control.
