Job description

Able to drive a car and ride a motorbike is a must, as this job requires driving the service car to the work site.
Candidate must possess at least SMK, STM in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
This job deeply requires physical strength and involves many manual labor tasks, expecting to carry, load/unload heavy objects or equipment.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with pumps, compressors, and control panels.
Possess a deep understanding of reading machine specifications and measurements (micrometers, torque wrench, fuller gauge, etc.).
Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Able to understand technical drawings (electrical and mechanical).
Able to use CAD software is a plus point.
Possessing driving licenses type C (motorbike) and type A (car).
Good character: honest, diligent, hardworking, polite, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new things.
Good attitude and skill for problem-solving and able to follow rules and working procedures.
Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, and update work progress continuously.
Owning international travel documents is a plus point.
Owning K3 electrical safety certification is a plus point.
Familiar with industrial estates area in Batam.
Able to use Arc welding equipment.
Experienced with TIG or MIG, and acetylene welding equipment and possessing a valid welding G certificate is a plus point.
Able to use PC and Microsoft Office is a plus point.
