Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Inoac Polytechno Indonesia as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations at our facility in Tangerang Banten. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and schedules to maximise equipment uptime and productivity
2. Leading a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their work to ensure timely and effective repairs and preventive maintenance
3. Conducting regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues and plan for proactive maintenance
4. Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, costs and spare parts inventory
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new maintenance technologies or practices
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Substantial experience (8+ years) in a maintenance or engineering supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of machinery, equipment and maintenance best practices
3. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
6. Proficient in using computerised maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
7. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
