Role reports to: Maintenance & Reliability supervisor

What you will do

The Maintenance & Reliability Officer is responsible for providing technical support for project planning, development, implementation, and modification, as well as contributing to engineering standards development:

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance
2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
4. Perform inventory management of spare parts
5. Analyze maintenance and repair costs
6. Lead root cause analysis investigations to address equipment failures and prevent future issues
7. Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for structures, machines, and systems
9. Provide technical support for maintenance, project, development, and implementation
10. Contribute to the development of engineering standards to ensure optimal maintenance and reliability practices

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

1. University/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
5. Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles and practices
6. Proven working experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
7. Experience with maintenance and reliability software tools and systems
8. Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability principles and best practices

Desired Qualifications

1. Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes for efficiency and effectiveness
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
